Seriously, play ranked and whenever you see someone trolling or being toxic, look at their profile. It's always a low-level account. Now think of all the people on alts who aren't obviously trolling but may not be trying as hard as they would be on their main.

When ranked required a cell-phone in season 1 of overwatch 2, there were very few alt accounts. Most people were on their main accounts and were in comms and working together.

One change that you would almost immediately feel the impact of is stopping alt accounts from playing in competitive. I'm sure there's a way for blizzard to tell who's on an alt. Just don't allow them in ranked. Most of the miserable players you'll find in your games are on Alt accounts, because they're playing with monopoly money they won't care.

I hate mercy because she's almost completely useless to me as a tank player. I hate mercy because I can't bubble healing off so I will never be able to have any impact on my own when she's in the game. I hate mercy because she can pocket a pharah or a cheater. I hate everything about the hero and her kit.

Also, no other hero would see a 10% increase in pick rate in comp just because they got a skin (maybe Kiri). People who play mercy are insanely casual which is also annoying in comp.
