I don’t see how any of that points to premeditation. As soon as the woman cracked her head, she probably realized how badly she had fucked up. She skulked around waiting to see what happened, probably to see what level of damage control she needed to do. Delete her socials or book a flight to Panama. Of course, a reasonable person would have every expectation of killing an elderly person they violently push to the sidewalk. I just don’t think this lady is a reasonable person. I think she was so angry and so self involved, she thought nothing of this other than it would feel good in the moment to lash out at someone.
I don’t think she was thinking at all. She just saw someone to take her rage out on, someone smaller than her and weaker than her. I think she’s just a raging bully, who thought no more about the consequences of her actions other than how it related to her.
