Yep, both of them have a victim mentality. I've had ADHD forever. I couldn't wait to move out on my own when I was newly adulted - way back when - and the only (legitimate) way to do so was to get a job. I started out as a drafter and moved my way up over the years to become a Design Engineer. And if I wanted to learn something new to keep myself relevant then I had no problem doing so. In other words, BS on Rachel's excuse.

I have mine set to 85W. Works like a charm with undervolting.

This. I got mine down to 85 C from high 90s using a combination of PBO, LLC, and Curve Optimizer. It went from high 15k/low to mid 16k in Cinebench to low 17k. Even with my ear near my case, my fans are not very loud at all. Oh and my core clocks went up to just under 5k consistently from before where they'd bounce around at low to mid 4k.

Nice to see The Rock visiting Stumptown!

Have you checked ASUS site to see if you have the latest BIOS?

As far as Mods go, I already have a bunch of Nexus Mods that I have been playing PC Gamepass Starfield with via Vortex so, do I still need to handle them through Vortex or is there a way to move the Mods from the Vortex folder into the Starfield Creations folder so they show up in the Creations menu when I load the game?

Another MoC is soon to open in Reedville (Hillsboro).

My wife's favorite used to be McCormick & Schmicks Harborfront until it sadly closed recently. Then there's also The Portland City Grill in the "Big Pink" downtown. If you're lucky, you can even get excellent seats in the lounge for great views looking east and south. Bonus if you make it there during Happy Hour meal and drink deals.

They are definitely a good investment and should be at least optional on all new cars - not just Teslas - considering that the cost of even the smallest of fender-benders can easily run into 4-figure territory or worse, can even total a car while the cost of a decent dash-cam is only in triple-digits (make sure to get one that has positive reviews AND can record license plates in high enough resolution to be able to be read easily when played back).

Even WiFi 5 (802.11ac) has no problem handling 300 Mbps. Its theoretical maximum throughput is 3.5 Gbps (real-world is closer to 1 Gbps). WiFi 6 theoretical dual and tri-band 802.11ax speeds top out at 9.6 Gbps (real-world dual-band is about 4 Gbps and tri-band is about 5 Gbps).

I noticed our speeds have changed in Hillsboro. We got an automatic upgrade last year from 200 down/200 up to 300/300 and for some reason, our speeds are now 225/300. Router is a single Eero 6E (2.5G & 1G ports).

What WiFi card are you using?

It doesn't support at least WiFi 6E so it's a pass.

That's gold! We'll now have to have a plot factor scale. Too much exposition/dialogue and very little to no CGI/effects? Plot Factor 1. The ship battles in DS9 Dominion War eps or the climax to Picard Season 3? Plot Factor 9.999. :-)

Wow. Thanks for that. I just installed the 1.8.88.0 update and was STILL having this issue before finding this thread. For me, I found almost 5,000 folders in that directory with all but about 300 of them that were empty!!! After deleting all the empties, I am no longer getting the out-of-space warning (...for now. I'm a bit leery of this game until players start posting that the devs actually fixed it).

I'm on SF v1.8.86 and when I go to Gov Hurst's ship, all I get in response to a hail is "When a ship jettisons it's cargo, I usually let them live" plus a few other things but nothing that triggers the yellow dialog menu. Anyone know of a fix?

Thank you. I was scratching my head looking for the race and had a "I should-a had a V-8" moment when I read your comment.

I've got the same issue but it's not with a missing sensor. it's that one of the 4 I have is marked as stolen (probably the one I BOUGHT from Tseng!!) - and since it's a quest item, I can neither drop it and pick it up again nor sell it and then buy it back.

The Paradox of Tolerance should be required reading for everyone with an IQ above single digits - as Large Marge here has constantly shown to barely possess. It deals with how tolerance can be fine to show in any civilized society except when it comes to intolerance as the acceptance of intolerance will ironically bring about the demise of that very tolerance. People like her are showing that effect all the time. She and Calamity Barbie are definitely the C*nts of Congress.

My listing is actually taken straight from their own website so I don't know where you got your info from.

Ummm, no, they are not. In the Portland OR area, Ziply only offers these residential plans:
1.2Gb/35Mb -$80 ($60 for first 12mos)
200/200 Mb - $60 ($40 for first 12mos)
50/50Mb - $40 ($20 for first 12mos)

Yep. I can vouch for that. I replaced an old "sharkfin" FiOS router with a single Eero Pro 6E mesh as they are pricey and our house is small as well as open with the unit sitting near our loft's balcony making coverage pretty good all over. Just for future-proofing, make sure that you consider at least a WiFi-6E (802.11ax) router in your search - especially with WiFi-7 (802.11be) models soon to be hitting store shelves. The one downside to the Eero is that it ONLY uses a smartphone app for settings/controls. NO PC/Mac app or web access like with most other routers.

Make sure that whatever router you choose features at least WiFi 6E - or comes with tri-band (not just 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz radios but also 6 GHz, too as this gives it the capability for channel bonding to reach 160MHz bandwidth - not to mention a bit of future-proofing as WiFi 7-capable devices are going to be rolling out starting next year.
