Tbf, it's an extremely cheap item in the early game that can get your enemies caught lacking and you could sell it in the late game if you don't need it anymore. Not to mention that there's that extra movement speed stats that helps you roam faster around the map.
I would buy this first on Tigreal for example and got like 15 kills in the early-mid game because of my fast rotations(thanks to the extra speed stats from SP) and securing kills so that my teammates don't have to build SP and would buy other items that give them better damage, it's ridiculous.
They need to nerf the sky piercer and halve the passive for Marksman/Support/Mage roles or just remove the item from the game.
