i don’t hate men, but i don’t think they truly care about women. you can say the same thing about guys, men seem to hate women. our opinions aren’t valued, we get told we’re just meant to get married and have babies, we’re expected to look amazing constantly just to look good for men, etc the list goes on. domestic violence rates are insanely high and the same happens to men as well, but look at sexual assault and rape statistics and how common it is for women to experience those things. i can’t speak at all while playing video games without the entire lobby harassing me whether or not i’m carrying the team or playing like ass. and the cherry on top is roe v wade just being overturned.

i agree but it’s because we’re tired of men treating us as subhuman.

Edit because you did the same: I can have guy friends? I’m not in a relationship anymore thank god, but men and women can be friends without there being anything romantic about it. I have guy friends that I have known my entire life, are coworkers that I joke with during work, and also guys that aren’t even into women. as a woman i agree but can you blame us? i feel safer with women more than men because of multiple experiences that are not rare unfortunately and there is just so many differences in women’s lives vs men’s lives. just look at the bear vs man debate that was everywhere a month or two ago. women are also much more accepting towards other women. even my guy friends, i can’t go more than hour without hearing a joke with sexist undertones that they don’t even realize is insulting. also way more likely to not be looked at as just a sexual object

i think you might just need to try and force ya self to get back into it. i’ve played video games my entire life (probably way more than i should have) but now that im working full time, have a house to deal with, and other adult responsibilities there have been times where i couldn’t touch a game for months or even a year.

when im having a hard time getting into games, i really just sit down and mess around my steam library until something clicks. i also have adhd tho and i cycle through hyper fixations like crazy so it might be easier for me to “get back in the zone” or mood for playing games

with the way our healthcare system is, there are soo many people that go undiagnosed for a multitude of diseases but especially autoimmune conditions. i don’t think the rates are as low as we think

the second i broke up with my ex it literally felt like 50 pounds had been lifted on my chest. it’s a great feeling and shows you made the right choice!

what initially started it was an awful breakup. what got me to lose weight in a healthy way was honestly just going for walks more, going out with friends to do physical activities (i’m oddly obsessed with golf right now), try to incorporate as much protein and veggies into your diet as possible, and cutting out sugary beverages and soda!

I had a dream about a family member SA me. It was the absolute worst dream ever and it was so sudden. I woke up crying and it took me a long time look at my relative again. We already had a bad relationship so it was easy to avoid him, but it was so weird and sudden and felt so real. Like just why is that what my brain gave me for the night
