Yes, at Christmas time my children pretty much quit drinking their water (2 bowls) and ONLY drink Pine Water. (water in the tree stand) so we have to be really diligent in keeping the water at MAX capacity!
Having worked at our local HS for 5yrs and an going back now (10yrs later as their surgery technician) I can say for a fact that shelters and the kitties ā„ļøā„ļø getting blankets like that for use in the kennels or to go out at adoption. Just mention to staff that if the cat uses the blankets in the kennels could they please send the blanket with them at adoption. That way the kitty has something thatās ātheirsā and has their scent on it at their new homeā„ļø

Oh No Boo Boo!!!!! Iām a LVT; and a proud previously owner of a poly (Spencer is bopping his sibs in kitty heaven) and havenāt seen this often. This is terrible. Iāve seen numerous times where the nails grow into the foot. I think Boo Boo deserves extra treats for Christmas. How long for the bandages?

Dexter wants to send his kitty prayers also. I adopted him about 6m ago. He isnāt a real snuggler āyetā but he is the most gentle, sweet, hysterical, little man. I lost my soul cat 2yrs ago and I still feel that pain every day. I completely understand that connection.
