I'm not sure who told you that the commencement photos are so important but they are not. When you get into the professional world no one cares or looks at them. I think they are a waste of money personally. Please do not go on some crazy crash diet because of photos. If you are concerned about fitting into your gown, talk to your school about getting your gown early and get it altered to fit. I'm sure they would be happy to accommodate you. Then work on losing weight at a healthy rate.

To find calories of homemade food you need to add up all the ingredients. I made a tuna noodle casserole last night, it was 2 cans of tuna 240 calories, 2 cans of mushroom soup 500 calories, 4 cups of noodles 880 calories, bag of frozen veg 150, quarter cup cheese 100. Total 1870. I ate one quarter of the casserole. 1870 divided by 4 is 470 calories for dinner.

You can look up calories for every kind of food by googling it. If you make the same foods and meals often you will start to learn what calories are in what food so you don't have to do that much math all the time.

I have that same hammock. I'm not sure if you have tried it yet but I found the ropes that you tie around the tree pretty useless. I got new fat straps instead of the rope it comes it. What are you planning on doing in retirement??? traveling the world... golfing at first rate courses...trying all the Michelin Star restaurants? Inflation and healthcare costs are real things but if you aren't planning to live a much different life than you are now, $3 million is not needed. Talk to an in person local financial advisor and stop killing yourself with work.

You also can get a good used tire for much cheaper than a new one if you look for the right shop.
