Hi everyone, I had planned a trip to Marseille from September 5-11, but my friend who was supposed to come with me just backed out. Now I'm left with a ticket and no travel buddy. And I can't get a refund. don't really know what to do there by myself for a whole week. So, I'm reaching out here to see if anyone will be in Marseille during that time and would like to explore the city and the nearby national park together.
Of course, I don’t mind! I hope this doesn’t sound awkward, but can I ask if we’re close in age? It might feel a bit strange traveling with someone much older.
And I wanted to add that sadly as I already bought the plane tickets I'm not flexible with dates
We are talking very low budget trip lol I'm from Poland so I don't have a lot of funds plus I'm a uni student
Hello! I’d be happy to meet up with you, even if it’s just for a day. I’ll likely be staying somewhere in Marseille. Can I get back to you with the details later though? My friend cancelled our Airbnb so I don't know where exactly I'll be
Hi everyone, I (20F) had planned a trip to Marseille from September 5-11, but my friend who was supposed to come with me just backed out. Now I'm left with a ticket and no travel buddy. I don't really know what to do there by myself for a whole week and can't get a refund. I've already asked in a travel subreddit, but the only person interested in meeting up decided against it after finding out I'm a lesbian. So, I'm reaching out here to see if anyone will be in Marseille that time and would like to explore the city and the nearby national park together.
OK, thank you so much for help. To be honest I thought the same thing, and saw that these variants are very rare, but our teacher was insistent that we also take them into account. I think he doesn't know what he's talking about himself.
It is a DNA sequence. It looks weird because that's the way the ensemble interface shows us variants surrounding the SNP. Different colors indicate different variants, such as missense, stop gained, etc.
It's a screenshot from Ensemble showing flanking sequences to the SNP and includes variants. Our instructor said it's important to take into account variants from flanking sequences, and that we must choose a region with the least variant frequency—a stable region.
But do this primer making tools take into account possible other mutations from these regions? I know about primer3 etc
Hi everyone, I have to do a project for my bioinformatics class. I have to design primers for snp: rs1805007. From what I understand I have to pick a stable regions from flanking sequences on both sides BUT no region is stable! I attached a photo from ensemble so you could see what I mean
No a nie jest? XDD
First, I hear The Wilds got cancelled and now this 😥 It's a bad week for tv shows with wlw characters
Dumbledore told me to ask you to do it again soon to get a new phone
Yesss, she's relatable and I kinda missed season 1&2 Skye in later seasons. But liked Daisy enough, she's a badass
Skye (Daisy) from agents of shield and Kate from LOST... And embarrassingly Hannah Montana 😆
It reminded me with it's slow pacing and lack of action of Neo and architect scene in Matrix.
It's part 1 of 2. The first book will be adapted in two movies.
Someone recommended it on a facebook fantasy books group xD
Yeah me too but I'm afraid that Part 2 is going to be the last because Messiah might not be compelling to general audiences. Masses like good hero protagonists not a virtually
¯_( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)_/¯
Great, that sounds perfect! Can I dm you about the details? But later cos actually I'm at work for 3 more hours
