My ZFold5 took better pictures than my current S24 Ultra. I'm sure there is some settings and things I can do to correct that but I just need a camera that works and takes good pictures by default. I can tell what looks better without all the technical explanations of why. I'm going back to the fold when the ZFOLD6 is released. The camera is secondary to what I need a phone to do so I'll take one that produces really good pictures out of the box over having the best camera specs but needing to manipulate the settings just to get consistent results.

3 and 4 irons. Hardly ever hit them. I've always been a very good fairway wood player and always chose to hit one instead of a 3 iron. Gave hybrids a try at the beginning of the year and discovered that I should have added them to the bag years ago. Dumped the long irons and now have a perfect bag of clubs suited for my game.

My company reimburses me to upgrade my home office tools and supplies annually. I do it because I can. πŸ˜„

S Pen plain and simple. I use my phone for a lot of work tasks which includes signing documents and performing QC tasks.

Mizuno MX-20s. Can't seem to find a club/shaft combo that can knock them out of the bag permanently. Stock Dynalite Gold S300 seems to be the perfect fit. I do play with my Ping Eye 2+ from time to time. Those are still one of the best iron sets ever made. Any player of any skill level can score with them. I know a lot of single digit players with them that don't even look at any other clubs.

Shifted my irons set to include 5-GW, 52, and 58. For the first time I started playing 2 hybrids at the top end to replace my 3,4 irons. Honestly should have done it years ago. Now there isn't a club in my bag that I don't have confidence in hitting in any situation where the yardage is right.

Mine keeps disconnecting and then when I reconnect it I have to go back and change the notification settings to keep sending notifications to my phone and watch. It drives me nuts!

Why intentionally make the game harder?

Holy crap! I haven't seen this since the days of Top Flight, aka Top Rocks! You guys buying second hand balls that have spent a year underwater? No premium ball should ever do that without being run over by a lawnmower first. I'd want a dozen replacements from the company just for making those hazards. πŸ˜‚

Try choking up on your driver. If that allows you to make better consistent contact then your shaft may be too long for your swing. Never try to adjust your swing to the club. What's happened in the last decade or so with manufacturers is that to offset the extremely light club heads is that they've progressively made the clubs longer to maintain the same swing weight. The idea being lighter longer equals more distance... To a point. This also flattens out your swing plane and can cause a whole host of other issues you don't see with your 3 wood. Before cutting down your driver shaft just choke up on it and see what happens.

It's not how much it's about the quality.

The newer balls are much more difficult to "work" IMO. You can't put nearly the amount of side spin on them like we could with the older wound balata balls. When it comes to the clubs, blades are easier to manipulate the ball flight up and down. The less offset helps when trying to curve the ball along with a higher COG. But unless you're a very proficient ball striker those can work against whatever you're trying to do.

I always go with a 7-7.5' med-light Uglystick. Best bang for your buck and will last forever.

I found several new ones listed on eBay that said new unopened. I haven't heard anything about the batteries going bad over time especially for a new one.

I was actually looking at one just yesterday. Surprisingly new ones can still be found. If I bought one I would only look for brand new never opened ones. It should be a solid device. Getting a 256G device that can hold a 1TB SD is still a great option since it still comes with 12 gigs of RAM with 5G compatibility.

That's really fun?... BTW who chases you for 5 miles to make you run that far? πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ JK.

Yes and not ashamed of telling people about it. I don't get paid to play and F the USGA and their handicap system. I don't go crazy with it but I'm playing to enjoy the GAME. On nice courses it's play it as you find it. I used to stress over this stuff because I would maintain a handicap for tournaments and team events I played in. I don't do that anymore so it's for recreation. Life's too short to sweat the little shit.

I feel the same way about my GW 6 Classic. I've come to the realization that some people just aren't the target customers for smartwatches. Other than obviously using it to tell the time and check the current weather with a glance I find mine as useful as my Timex. I'm just not into using the other features and I've watched a lot of videos just to see if I was really missing something. Honestly I bought mine to use on the golf course but the app for that turned out not to be very good.

Is the Fold 2 or whatever they're calling it part of this release? Considering that over the ZFold6 aka ZFold5 Update.

Honestly if it was me I would look for a S23 Ultra. I've had both the S23 Ultra and S24 Ultra. The S23 Ultra to me is the one with the fewer issues, took better photos, and I liked the curved screen better, you may not. I can't think of a single thing that I like better about the S24 over the S23. Seeing how you keep phones for a long time the longer support of the S24 Ultra might be the better option for you.

This right here! Secondary to direction. LOL. Seriously simulators, mainly launch monitors us mere mortals can afford have come a long way. Now dialing in each club is so much easier than even a decade ago. I can remember when I started club building and fitting it was enough just to ensure each club loft was calibrated and clubs were normally 4 degrees apart.
