Yeah it just seems like a match up that makes sense and if both home and away were night games it could be incredible atmospheres for both.
It was one of the better out of conference opponents we’ve had in recent memory and I really hate the timing of it. So in that sense yeah I wish we had played them at a different time, but I don’t want to schedule them again.
I’d like VA Tech or one of the North Carolina schools, Rutgers, OK St or Michigan State in the future.
Similar boat to you OP, both in shape and style.
I have a similar summer line up, unbuttoned linen shirts over untucked undershirts, shorts usually with all white stan smiths.
Some differences that I think will help you and others have noted.
Go to shorter shorts, I wear the Amazon Essential 5" inseams and some 5" inseams I got from Old Navy last year on sale, I think they were called The Joggers. You might also pull your shorts up a bit too, and always with a belt(it can help work as a form of shapeware almost).
I wear t-shirts for undershirts, I think they are more flattering than ribbed shirts. I've found that I prefer the Jockey Stay New t-shirts, they do a good job of fitting decently while helping to hide the things I want to hid.
And go to crew socks over no shows. It sounds like you might like to bargain shop, I went to Ross 2 weeks ago and got a pack of white adidas trefoil crew socks for less than $15.
Ha, maybe for yall.
Y’all take a deep breath.
It’s June, we got a long way to December.
Look at last year this time, Cam Coleman committed to TAMU over us.
They have 28 commits, but only 6 of them are 4 star, the rest are 3 stars. The average number of commits in the top 10 at the moment is 17, but all other top 10 teams have a Commit Blue Chip Ratio over .500, Rutgers does not.
As the big boys fill out their classes, Rutgers will slide, still a good class for them though.
Aw, thanks. Miss you already corndog.
I think the vast majority of Auburn fans and content providers are very aware of the Thorne ceiling and find the 7.5 O/U to be about right.
Now in year 3 if we are 7-5 again then I agree you will start to see a lot of unhappy plainsmen.
In the corporate world we call things like mandatory happy hours "Funishment."
When asked about his athleticism Durkin was quoted as saying "Deas Nuts"
I'll see myself out.
Fellow Ivan survivor!
For sure the 04 team for me too, even if it was a couple weeks of MREs and hot koolaid.
u/CoachDanCasey you are prolific man. I see you on my YouTube home page, Instagram feed and reddit all day lol.
I appreciate the content.
2022 Houston Vs Memphis.
You and I must have different opinions on what a con-man is.
He won a bowl at 3 of his 4 stops, and has a winning bowl record. I'm sure at the end of his career at Cincy it could have felt like he was phoning it in, but he did take yall to 3 bowl games.
He has a better career record than Gene Stallings, Steve Sarkisian and Scott Satterfield. Not a conman.
Tommy was over .500 at every stop he ever made, he has a HC career win percentage high enough to be in the College Football Hall of Fame.
He had the undefeated 04 team which was comprised of only his recruiting classes and a Sugar Bowl win. He should have played for a natty that year.
I get people don't like the way he acted, or don't like his politics, but he is in no way a CFB con-man, especially not when OP mentions Harsin's dumbass as an example.
Napier hired Kiseau, so he deserves this kind of shit.
Pretty sure its every 24 hours for Florida.
Oh I'm sorry, a man of God needed to fund a house of worship for his congregation and he is now a "bonafide piece of shit." All for utilizing the GOD given talent of his son, whomst by the way, had no idea that was going on and just loves Auburn.
Me, Jimmy Rane and Brother Hugh are going to pray for y'all. Good day sir.
Just want to point out as an MMA fan as well as a movie fan, while I don't care for The Rock's movies, he is the perfect casting for Mark Kerr, at least from a physical perspective. He looks like him and he has the physique, it just makes so much sense.
I hope he does the movie justice. If you are interested there is a documentary on Mark Kerr that has the same title "The Smashing Machine."
Never forget shortly after we hired him the news broke that Harsin was fired. Like someone here said, Cohen must have fired him with his @MSU.EDU email. We could have just extended him there, but the work since then hasn’t been bad either.
I’ve always weirdly felt a kinship between us and MSU, we both have in state rivals that are marginally more successful nationally with horrible fan bases, we are both “Cow colleges” etc….
I’ve been to East Lansing and they were good people, and I was very thankful to all of them for 2013.
Does anyone else kind of wish we could have another home and home with Penn State?
