I'm a volunteer FF and I would think this was hilarious and adorable. However, from experience, a lot of firefighters are egotistical jerks without an excess of empathy. Don't let it bum you out, you seem fun and I'm sure you'll find someone who appreciates you!

This is incredibly impressive and something I could never do; but I have to admit my takeaway overall is that some people have quite a lot of time on their hands.
Personally I loved Tom Servo's songs about the 70s and the 50s, maybe he could write one about the 30s too
