My best memory is old child labor photos of kids working in coal mines being juxtaposed to modern children doing the exact same thing but disguised as play. Like kids playing with Tonka Trucks or boys bigging a big ass hole on the beach.

THE CHILDREN YEARN FOR THE MINES!!!

Water weight, excess rufage in your intestines, lots of things cause fast weight loss when you've made an initial diet change. It will slow down to the speed of actual fat loss.

They do not want anything to do with the liability of what you will use their tools to create. Remember the Taylor Swift AI Nudes? That's actionable. Better to just turn off the ability than to try and parse what is acceptable and what is not at the query level.

Great movie suggestions. How timely. I definitely will be seeing those this weekend in a theater near you..

There's lots of ways to handle a situation like this. One of my favorite is playing dumb and forcing them to explain.

Next time he makes an offhanded lewd comment like that, just follow up with "What do you mean?"
"Mature body, like what?" Don't let them off the hook either with "oh you know." Press for an answer while playing completely ignorant.

Make him say the quiet part out loud. 90% of the time, they will realize their implication is so much more inappropriate than is socially acceptable and back off instantly. It's one of my favorite ways to confront people without confronting them.

It does change someone for the people trying not to be censored by the platform. If you wanna make the argument to TikTok that they shouldn’t censor those words, I agree. But users are being rationale by avoiding the censors.

Vaginosis maybe? Huge vagina, no boobs? I don't think any of them carry the same stigma as a micropenis though.

Ok, but the automation tools can't read your mind, they can only censor specific words and phrases. So people are just staying one step ahead of the censors.

I couldn't say the word Nazi on War Thunder because the system automatically censored the words.

So it's basically chat filters. Whether it's directly filtered, + the algorithm will often not boost content with words like suicide or murder or kill so people use clever alternatives to get around it. And now it's just ubiquitous in the same way any slang goes around.

I would create some translations with ChatGPT and give it a grade. As a multilingual teacher, you have the advantage of being able to vet the quality of the translations, while the rest of us are usually just taking the output as is, since we don't speak Tagalog or whatever we're translating into.

Dust is the biggest issue on carpet. Dust and Airflow (if it has any intake on the bottom). You'll just need to vacuum your room a bit more.

I guess I'm not as big a person as you, because I would 100% send this to SOMEONE close to him on FB so they could know what kind of man they are around.

Well, it's a multiplayer game, so usually there's a person on the dish already and rely on communication to align it.

That, and sometimes the screen doesnt' show alignment because of interference.

Just show him this https://newegg.com/blue-wd80eaaz-8tb/p/1Z4-0002-01NP8

Same storage capacity. 1/8th the price. And that's a premium brand.

Of course. Pedophiles like kids of all ages.

He summed up a lot of what I feel. The reason I talk about copyright so much with AI is not like some legal loophole (and people talk about your brain 'copying' data that it sees, so why can't AI).... These models are literally stealing people's work, and replacing it with their own worse work that is owned by the tech company that made it. Spotify puts up fake music to get streams on the platform they control while real artist, who's music was taken to train that model, go poor. Adobe is doing the same thing. ChatGPT is doing the same thing. "What if you could get all the benefits of human labor, without ever having to pay any humans!"

I think you are brushing over a tremendous amount by saying "I get there are some concerns about jobs and privacy."

Maybe people just don''t like that big tech (the people who OWN these models) are just taking everyone's work, using it to train their models, and then using the outputs to replace those people.

Humans don't want to be replaced.

New Haven is the correct city to go. You've got the Pizza hotspots. I'm sure there are delicious pizza spots in every major city, but NY and Connecticut are on their own level.
