In general, religion is a bunch of people buying into a belief system that is not supported by fact. Rocket mortgage is the absolute worst. I changed insurance, they correctly paid them, I refinanced and they then paid my old insurance company unbeknownst to me. I then get a notice that I am now uninsured as my policy lapsed because they paid the wrong insurer. They had the nerve to fine me and try and charge me their default insurance rate for the lapsed period which was outrageously expensive. Also, I pay more for the insurance because of the coverage lapse-ridiculous.
