I'd test the speed anyway. A sped up pressing would require stampers that were cut sped up, and it doesn't look like anyone else has commented on Discogs about the speed being off with any of the pressings for this album.
Yes. At the least, it will cause fading. You generally don't want any direct sunlight hitting your records for an extended period of time. A lot of the stuff you have on that shelf is going to fade in some way or another over time.
If you use that heater, that might be a concern as well for your equipment.
Might want to test the speed of your platter. There are different apps you can download that do that.
Check what's etched in the "dead wax" just outside the label. That's called the matrix number/code.

This is the only way to get an accurate gauge of the exact pressing you have. Of all the bands, I hate trying to identify copies of Beatles' albums since there were so many different releases pressed.

Do you have something else you can plug into your speakers to test those? You'd want to make sure the problem isn't there, otherwise there's something wrong with the right (black) RCA jack.

You need speakers. Passive ones. For now you can listen to things with headphones. Headphones are like small speakers.
