The typos happen so often! No words.
No. Kari, the one who bodges together most of their designs, is genuinely dumb. You can tell by the way she types, spells, talks, and acts in general day-to-day.
"Wihtout fear." God, Cherry Daze is so stupid and so bad at what they do. And they're adding watermarks now, as if anyone would ever try to steal one of their horrid little collages. Be serious.
Because Cody has a huge ego and needs everyone to believe he's some kind of intellectual, art and branding prodigy.
I’m still not into it, personally, but I saw the artist’s explanation and creative process and it made more sense. I don’t know why it deserved a whole post, but I think they achieved what they were going for at least
Her voice is so grating and she is perpetually angry. The worst.
It was just her explaining why the sizing is always different for her shirts. She went into detail about having trouble with suppliers and how she’s had to switch them a lot. She was essentially saying it’s annoying that people keep complaining about the sizes and fit being different because she's done everything she can to let people know that the shirts would be printed on a different brand and provided sizing charts on the listings. But the whole time she was saying things like, “You know I love you guys, but…” and being extremely passive-aggressive. She ended the rant with a selfie and some text saying, “I love you and I just want to make sure we all win! We will not be working with only ONE brand so checking the size chart under each listing will always be the best choice.” Which was really all she needed to say. It would have been much more effective. No one is going to sit through all that. Well, besides me, but I watched so I could snark about it, haha.
Yesterday Adelaide's Fort posted another 12-minute rant that could have easily been condensed into one or two stories. It literally took her 11 posts before she got to the point, and the whole thing is passive-aggressive as hell. I understand customers can be a real pain, but she is not cut out to run a business with the way she is so easily triggered by completely valid questions and complaints. Also, I think it's crappy that her stuff is DTG now but she's still charging printed-by-hand prices.
I also considered that. I'm pretty sure I know which account you're talking about and they did post most of the photos Cherry Daze used, besides one or two. That's why I assumed they got them from Getty Images themselves. But pulling them from Twitter is worse. It's extraordinarily lazy. Plus, they still didn’t pay to use the photos on merch. Lol! After looking again, I’m almost positive they threw in a photo that a random fan took too.
Cherry Daze snagged all the photos they used for their new Taylor Swift drop from Getty Images. A standard editorial rights license for just one of those photos is upwards of $175, and it doesn’t include use for merchandising purposes. The custom rights license that would include permission to use one of the photos on merchandise starts at $960. Again, that’s per photo. I’m guessing they didn’t pay anything. They better pray no one comes to collect. Yikes.
Just about every negative thing you've heard about Vic is absolutely true, and I am so happy people are finally talking about it. He is easily one of the most two-faced, devious, vile people I have ever had the displeasure of knowing. If you want to get an idea of who he is as a person, look no further than his current friend group. Take the racist, conniving, and equally repugnant women that own Cherry Daze, and the pr*dator sympathizer and actual danger to society himself, Francis Dominic, for example. If you don’t know the reason why Patrick Dougall, along with almost his entire friend group, dropped Francis, I suggest you do some digging. It’s not a mystery why the worst of the worst only have each other now. The funny part is, Vic doesn’t even like those people. 😬
Never being cast in entertainment at Disney will haunt Cat forever. 🙊
She still does it seems. Unfortunately for Cat she isn’t half as charismatic and entertaining as Luxie. It appears she’s still trying to get in good with Luxie’s streamer friends too.
Woof. This hurts to look at. I wish people would stop trying to make the Taylor Swift/ Disney mashups work too. None of them make sense.
It didn’t really matter anyway because even after they got everything working it was still a snooze fest. Becoming a successful streamer is not in her future.
I just popped into uhm_cat’s Twitch stream and it’s such a disaster. It’s just her trying to get her stream and the game she’s playing to work. She's getting really mad and berating her sister who's just trying to help.
Jesus. Those tweets are humiliating.
Apologies for the double post on this situation; I know Cherry Daze has been discussed a lot this week. I'm just flabbergasted!! Lol!! I didn't think they could get any lower. This is all so embarrassing for them. I'm sure they reached out to Sage and Sprout in their DMs, made some excuse about how stealing their designs was an accident, and then apologized like they always do. But I'm appalled that despite numerous call-outs, they're still trying to sweep this whole thing under the rug without saying something to their followers and giving credit. They're obviously too desperate for engagement to do the right thing, and it's clear they'll continue trying to pass off others' work as their own unless directly called out by whoever it is they're stealing from. My question is, will they have the audacity to still try to sell merch with the stolen Sage and Sprout designs?
Literally last month. Almost to the day. 🤡
Literally last month. Almost to the day. 🤡
Well, yeah, that too! Hahah. They don’t care about that at all. They will steal from anyone, including their friends.
