Hook up for the factory trailer brake controller maybe?
Our so called "leaders" dont plan for anything past 6 months, let alone 1 year at this point.
I'm working in a similar industry. It's so bad. I'd say our "long term plans" are 6months at best. So so frustrating.
Same. I've been on the yearly bootyscope program since 24ish. The prep never gets easier...
It's worse in Wisconsin. Drivers are dumber (if possible), and passing zones (and opportunities) are fewer and further apart.
My insurance premiums are $2000/yr. My house (not contents) to rebuild would cost $400k. (in today's $$) Not to mention the cost to replace all the shit that burns down in my house...
You don't have to do the math - it's not worth it.
Edit: If I saved for 50 yrs and had a 5% return I'd have $420k saved. However, in 50yrs, inflation and cost to rebuild my current house will have skyrocketed. And I'll be dead.
I believe you can because your current residence is no longer an FHA loan.
The main FHA requirement is that you make that FHA property your residence within 60days after construction and it is transferred from an FHA Construction loan to an FHA loan (or refinanced into something else).
I don't see why you can't do that.
On windy days their flat body shape allows them to "fly". It's all random though, by landing on you it's 100% chance.
Any timeshare - first hand or 14th hand - is a scam. You are clearly missing something.
Im not, the dudes hands are white...
Only Europeans think all Americans live in LA or NYC.
Mexico is far away from me, who is currently sitting on the beach of Lake Superior. 1300miles is a far away.
Agree, mostly because most undergrad programs list vibrations is a half semester elective and no acoustic classes until the masters level or above.
It's by far a niche field, but there are still 1000s of us in the industry.
That's how I totalled out my '20. Needed a frame swap because the LCA sheared off the frame. $26k repair bill.
Worked out fine because I was able to upgrade to the 6.2/10 speed from the 5.3/6speed....
Take the downvotes as honor... because you're probably right.
I have white glow sticks for this reason. Works just as well, and I'm not burning down the forest while I sleep.
Yes, I know people who have done it, I sure has hell didnt. As others mentioned, taking some of those electives over the summer will lessen the stress during the heavy class workload.
Plan for this but expect 5 yrs in my opinion. You need to plan for an internship or co-op (the more, the better).
Not gonna lie... I'm a few beers in and thought you said sock...
I am not embarrassed to say, that I was very confused.
Those look great!
The wife and I got married young (23) and had kids in our late 20s. Probably an anomaly that were going on 15yrs and still together.
$2000 for car ins on a BMW and Land Cruiser? That's some horseshit too.
Same here... it needs a wash and wax badly.
GMT800 (99-07) years were the best. But those are coming up or far past the 20yr mark. The comforts and technology of the newer trucks can't be underrated.
I have a 2021 6.2L that I've put close to 65k miles on. With a majority of those towing. Knock on wood, no issues yet, just lots of oil changes.
Which full-size Silverado model has demonstrated the highest reliability rating? Additionally, I would like your assessment of the reliability of the new Chevrolet Silverado. I have received a discount of $12,000 on the ZR2 model. I am currently driving a Tacoma and am considering making the switch.
