You don’t have to pay for a TV licence if you don’t watch any TV at all. If you have no television and have not purchased any subscriptions (such as Netflix) you will not need a licence.
If you have a desktop, with no subscriptions, no sky box and no TV, then you will not need a licence. However, as soon as you acquire one of those three, you’ll need one. It’s really just a bunch of BS, but you know
