True my first was PK and nobushi, all they taught me was how to deflect, hidden stance, and dodge attack. I'm somewhat easy to punish in dom because of that last one, really bad habit of mine.
My only guess is they haven't played tekken. Tekken made for honor look like a cakewalk. Mortal Kombat wasn't much better.
Dude this game is fun, you can get cheesed in dominion but good luck doing that in brawls. It just turns into a fair 2v2, or you close the game if you have a bot for a teammate. It's really not that big of a deal. did y'all never play tekken or mortal kombat? those are worse.
Huh, i didn't know i was playing on hard mode. Everyone here used the rocket launcher? this boss fight took more retries than any other section in the game but once i learned to weaken it with fire it didn't take much longer.
you'll be happy to know that me and my buddy fucking crushed them after that. one of them was always dead so they only got 3 kills out of that strategy before they were permanently separated.
i saw two kyoshins using their stance unblockable into the light spam follow up. When one hit the unblockable and then hit several lights the other would hit their unblockable and hit several lights. This would continue until whoever came to capture the zone was dead. No counterplay aside from going there with a partner.
playing an assassin helps me when i feel irritated with this game. hard to feel cross when you pulled off a deflect.

Completely agree, i've started just dashing at people in hopes they're top attacking (most common opener position) or they dodge attack on instinct letting me parry. As soon as I get in close the fight is a lot more even.
oh now i'm in good company. So when i'm playing pk (they're my main assassin) i get the impression the only reason I'm winning is because I'm reading the opponent like a book. if the opponent were being unpredictable or interrupting my attacks on time i shouldn't do very well at all. If the opponent lets me get a deflect in it's because they were being careless imo. Where do you disagree with this? also happy birthday!
I picked up gladiator because i realized i had no clue how he actually works and my fights against him have been on hunches. My first brawl was against a rep 90 orochi who thought he was the cream of the crop for spamming storm rush and kicks. Emote spammed a level 1 gladiator who didn't even know how to skewer and masturbates in the chat about it
i see that this is related to lore, not gameplay. Because otherwise i'd riot at PK not being smart, if you're pk and you're alive in the world of for honor you gotta be the most cunning assassins in the west.
