However I do have a job rn where I sold myself really well in the interviews (+ being trilingual helped lots) and before that I landed multiple positive offers after multiple interviews at various companies but they were just not what I wanted to do (or I realized the company was not that great after the second interview) Im just frustrated to see that between all answers I got back from my interviews, the negative ones are always justified by them not wanting to train a junior :(

But i do get what you mean and I guess I’ll just have to stick to it and forge experience for when I want to reapply elsewhere

I totally understand as my bf with whom I've been for 4 years also has a girl bsf and she also stepped across boundaries in the beginning. However, as I adviced, I brought up the subject one day and asked if he felt like her attitude was normal. His answer was that he had some doubts at times but since I didn't say anything, he thought it was normal. When I finally expressed what made me uncomfortable, he realized what was wrong and put his girl bsf in her place. She was mature enough to understand and since her intents were always platonic, she never over-stepped any boundaries and now we're all friends

If it truly keeps bothering you, I would simply bring it up casually and ask how HE feels about it and then express that it might cross one of your boundaries. He's grown enough to understand that everyone has different boundaries and I guess she's also old enough to understand that some things might make you uncomfortable. If she has platonic intents, she would understand if you bf lets her know to step down a bit
