I took this class a few years ago. It was very helpful. You will work on your own bike — I brought my beater to class so I wouldn’t mess up my good bike

I have both an ebike and a regular bike. My ebike has 2 giant milk crates, which are great for holding groceries and other stuff. My battery was stolen once, and it was $600 to replace. The ebike weighs like 70lbs, which is fine for me cuz I just park it in my garage, but it would be a pain if you had to walk it up and down stairs every day

For me, my regular bike is for fun or for carrying light loads

It was my first car and I loved it. I’d still be driving it if the head gasket didn’t blow

Two. ‘97 dodge neon and my current’06 scion xA (102k miles). If my scion dies, I’ll prolly not get another car. I already bike almost everywhere

Traz alone didn’t do much for my dog, but traz + gabapentin slows him down. Gaba alone turns my cat into a liquid— the vet can just pour him out of his carrier and do the full exam

Check out the produce in Chinatown or at the Asian super markets on Washington Ave

I thought they were Trini. Food is good tho

Antonio’s deli is good, but closer to Penn Presbyterian

I give my boy a fish oil capsule every day, and his coat is beautiful. I usually only bathe him 1x/month, but I’ll bathe him more frequently if needed.

Super durable. Nacho hasn’t been able to destroy it at all. He goes thru extreme kongs like they’re nothing

I searched for low income first time homebuyer programs in my city. Was able to buy a house in 2011 by myself for $125k at 3.25% interest. I only put like $3k down, and I got a 10 year tax abatement since my house was new construction

Only problem is the neighborhood is pretty rough, but it’s slowly getting better due to its proximity to 2 large universities and a big hospital system

Philly has like ~20k Brazilians. I still need stickers in Russian, Arabic, Khmer, Vietnamese, and Haitian, but my polling place doesn’t always have all the different varieties

On windy days I cheat and ride my ebike.

Gotta vote in person to get the cool “I voted” stickers. I’m trying to collect every language. I have English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese so far

I’ve had a refillable air horn on my bike for a few years (air zounds brand, I think). It’s obnoxiously loud. It looks like a plastic bottle with a tube attached. Refill it with your bike pump.

Haven’t had a car payment since 2009. Still driving the same 2006 scion xA after all these years
