As a hair stylist, I would say she just didn't know what she was doing, maybe? People make mistakes sometimes either way. I would have chosen a color closest to the picture or matched your natural if that's what you wanted and applied the color to blonde pieces first, then applied to the rest of the hair. I'm not sure how long she had you lightening for, but did she foil it all or just slap it on there? How long was it on? I hope you can get someone who knows what they're doing bc you're not asking for the impossible here. You're in the right to complain and get at least a partial refund or get it fixed for free by the manager or someone else who has more experience in these colors. Good luck to you š
Why don't you show us what you had before? Did you box dye it? If it was natural, no idea why she didn't lift the blonde side more. Also looks like you had blonde on the right aide that didn't take the color fully. Not saying it's bad though! Just def different from the pictures.

They def made it bigger than the inspiration pic and used thicker lines, but it is salvageable. Get some cherry blossoms or something around it to make it more feminine, maybe. Idk. And their color for the green shading is heavy vs the inspo I feel. Good luck. Don't go back. Listen to the others.
