That’s a 6 point torx plus security screw. A standard torx security bit might work, but the bit itself may also strip if too much torque is applied.

Honestly, it looks like a calcium deficiency. I know you said that you fed recently, but have you been supplementing calcium for a while?

I’ve made it through with worse. Give it a good flush, make sure your soil pH is in check, as well as EC and TDS measurements, then let your medium dry out for a couple of days.

Don’t forget to account for those same measurements based on the water you’re flushing with. Here is a great article you can use as a starting point.

Autos are great for turnaround time, but man, when problems pop up, they hit hard. But, if you take the necessary actions, you can save em!
