If you want children and are able to provide for them, it's really a wonderful thing. There are stresses and hard times too of course. Social media loves to paint the worst picture for clicks and laughs. It's out of style to say how much you love your kids.
UNC dermatology was great for me. I had awful experience at Duke dermatology. I think it depends on any given day, the staff and providers. I would urge to make your needs clear to the scheduleer. i.e., a skin condition or lesions vs cosmetic treatments.

Poor family, no college education, no extras like sports clubs, no trips to museums or musical instruments or art...just basics and worry worry. Lots of us were raised that way but dont want it for our kids. Birth control is expensive. Not to say poor people don't love their kids.
