Plus the way they installed it here is probably the absolute worst way to utilize this stump, would have been better to cut it level and drop the post on top.

That’s literally the part where the jury selected “guilty” on their cards. That’s the crime that made his other crime a felony, hence the guilty verdict.
Trump is guilty, will be sentenced, and will be forced to carry that sentence regardless of the appeal. An appeal doesn’t stop the legal process.
