Where are you at? I’m in the south and finding a shade AND heat tolerant grass in seed form is almost impossible

Even if it’s cypress, which would probably be the best wood for this application, it’s no replacement for a properly designed and constructed concrete footer. Plus the way they installed it here is probably the absolute worst way to utilize this stump, would have been better to cut it level and drop the post on top.

Nonsense, they all rot eventually, especially oak.

No, no it wouldn’t be good lol

Absolutely not unless you bored through the middle of that stump to good soil.

The rootball under the stump will continue to rot, organics under a footer is a big no no.

I don’t think you’ll have anything equivalent to either app in Latvia, simply because those apps are only good because they get real-time data from US weather stations.

Yup, I just built a house and half the time I was there all I did was pick up trash/debris from my subs.

It’s downhill to the water, the fish is just flopping around aimlessly and gravity is guiding it.

The flopping itself is certainly an evolutionary trait though.

So this is what my teammates are always doing

Yeah because Trump isn’t blaming a certain group of people for literally everything, including his felony record, lmao

Not comparable to the end result, sure, but how do you think it started in Germany? Did they go from peaceful coexistence to knocking down their doors and dragging them out in a single day?

I would never operate any gas appliance in a house without a proper vent.

Major escalation by who exactly? These charges were levied over a year ago.

Yeah this is all unprecedented but is it the legal process that’s unprecedented or the candidate himself?

Wow are you cherry picking from that WaPo article , from the same one:

“This is that one in a million case, but that doesn’t mean that it’s selective prosecution, and it does not mean they don’t have the facts to back it up,” she said. “To me, it makes sense to use this law because it fits with the facts they have.”

A handful of examples found by The Washington Post in a search of public news accounts demonstrate the parochial nature of the rare cases in which statute 17-152 has been prosecuted: a state assembly campaign, a school board election, a mayoral race.

I’m confused, why does the upgrade to a felony have to do with politics? Who do you think, or who do you think they think, “upgraded” these charges?

Why? Again, this case was clear as day, any moderate Republican is going to realize he’s guilty.

What has Biden done that’s worse then the end of our republic?

You do realize he was convicted by a jury, who the defense helped select, right?

Why would this radicalize moderate republicans? They all hate Trump and they all know he’s guilty here. The evidence is pretty black and white.

That’s literally the part where the jury selected “guilty” on their cards. That’s the crime that made his other crime a felony, hence the guilty verdict.

Trump is guilty, will be sentenced, and will be forced to carry that sentence regardless of the appeal. An appeal doesn’t stop the legal process.

And this one isn’t in southern Georgia. Gray, Georgia is much closer to Tennessee than to the known populations in Florida.

Regardless of it’s origins, no one is covering it up because there’s a small chance it’s a Florida Panther.

Not for this charge, no, but the inside of a cell should never be off the table because of who someone is
