Alcohol counteracts my seizure medication, I can still drink but I have to plan ahead and to a T. If I'm off by so much as 30 mins I can start having seizures. I've gotten used to explaining to people over the years that it doesn't bother me anymore, but at first it annoyed the hell out of me. Now, when I'm asked why, I just say epilepsy and that's that.
