Yes the inventory is accurate in real time. If someone reserves one of the available vehicles then it won't show up in the search. If you're looking at the Model 3 I would highly recommend the Long Range over the standard range. The Long Range is eligible for the $7500 tax credit so it's only ~$3k more than the SR.
Increase the taxes? You either pay income tax before you invest it or when you withdraw it. There is no special tax for 401Ks.
