Right now might not be the best time to push yourself. Be assured, you will have opportunities to pick up the slack for coworkers in the future. This is how things should work.
When my coworker was going through something similar. I just asked that she throw up a sign that she wanted me to do more. She was struggling after COVID.
It's normal to feel some intense emotions after coming back to work after an incident like that. I'd probably wait a week or two before saying anything as I imagine by that time you will (hopefully) be back to your normal duties and coworkers and managers will be back to asking for your help.
Act normal and everything will be like it was in about a week.
