ITAW for describing people who get upset over not being able to do, say, or joke about whatever they want because it could be seen as offensive?

Examples from my personal life:

We'll be watching an old comedy movie that has some outdated offensive jokes. And my Dad will always use this and many other similar situations to say,"See! you can't do that anymore because people today are too sensitive!". And he'll say stuff like that a lot with so much contempt.

And this one time I had a conversation with someone online who lives in a European country, saying something along the lines of,"You Americans advocate for free speech yet you don't follow the first amendment by telling people they can't say certain things because you are all too sensitive!"
