This is so funny too me! I'm surprised they kept it together. I would've died laughing.
Yeah, the weird random "I'm so pale" was medium funny, but what really got me is watching her coworker just barely hold it together.
I so pale
FTFY
Crafting beer is no laughing matter
But I can barley keep a straight face when drinking it.
That's awesome
Yes! It’s actually decent too.
I hope when you ordered it "Can I get an I So Pale?" the bartender said "You're on!".
The other reporter not being able to keep it together is what makes this so funny to me.
Weather girl could have thrown in a "clear skies later in the week for anyone who wants to get some sun..."
If shed had been that quick on her feet, instant national news spot, maybe, not really, i am just making stuff up.
The other reporter is the one that posted it to youtube too and made it go viral
The way she reacts, the one in red reminds me of Pam from The Office.
It reminds me of school. Not being allowed to laugh in a quiet classroom giggling till I literally pissed myself.
She really went pro. We all f up, but I’ll give her credit on soldiering on.
The co-presenter giggled her way through it, but the first woman kept it straight the whole time.
I think part of the reason this video is so funny is because of the blond woman's reaction. The contrast between them really makes it sing, both at the beginning when she's the one who knows what's up, and then throughout the rest of the video with her barely able to keep it together and make it through, but the brunette going so stolidly professional.
Is stolid a word? Like a mix of stoic and solid?
EDIT: I looked it up and stolid is a word.“Stolid”: adjective calm, dependable, and showing little emotion or animation.
You have my upvote
I didn't know that was a word and definitely wasn't going to look it up, but I appreciate that you did.
He really did you a stolid.
Yes, I conquer.
It is like a shaken up soda, you open it a little at a time (small laughs) to release the gas and not make a mess.
This one’s a gem too
Nothing will ever top Keep fuckin' that chicken
The look on the anchor ladies face is priceless😳
My favorite part is how oblivious he is to what he just said (he later claimed to say "keep pluckin that chicken"), and sounds like he's creeping on her in her leotards in the preview of the next segment. In better clips of this (wish I could find them) you can see how annoyed she is with him.
Oh my god wtf how have I not seen this before.... that is hilarious lmaooooo
She's she so pale
And Boom goes the dynamite!
This is my all time favorite. Poor Dana.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jcuxUTkWm44
edit: how has this one been missed? https://youtu.be/nYAMDhVT50I?si=aLWbYri79yryJJ8I
This is my fave. I can't watch this without crying every time. Something is wrong with me.
This is the one I can’t quite believe happened. https://youtu.be/K1Y6PchDYfw … paging Dr Freud
Can’t believe this one hasn’t been linked yet. https://youtu.be/xC2nC6NPYp4?si=tjunTjSOUGbkzwyh
I’ve seen that one and have mixed feelings about it. Not sure of the backstory, but I assume she was having a stroke?
Negative, it was a complex migraine.
What about the DeeDee MegaDooDoo one?
Yep, found my new favorite. I am literally crying lol
literal LOL
That escalated quickly. Sorry, Dana.
Lmfao. The way he says it is as if he participated
He knows what he did
News anchor laughs at gruesome murder
Oh that's great. It's as if the suspect looks so exactly like the person you'd imagine to do the crime, you can't help but laugh.
Worst birthday of all time!
That sounds like an excuse that Clifford Banes would make to get out of hosting In The Know.
“The fuck are YOU doing?!?” entered my daily dialogue for a while after I first saw that clip. Classic!
https://youtu.be/f8MNH7JuR7I?si=IHbaohIOnZrTYFKF Another classic
My faviourite most recent one is this https://youtu.be/oBzh7fZ1V_c?si=e84vWtxBC-m8WI-c

I like this blooper. They're speaking Turkish but you don't need to understand to see what went wrong.
This cracks me up every time. Humor is the universal language.
BTW, the object is a gavel (looks like it's made from a gourd) used by a 13th century judge named Rumi. It looks like a mushroom but isn't. According to the comments.
The artichoke dip gone wrong clip always makes me laugh
I've never seen this. So the guy on the end hears about how awful it is, then puts the whole thing in his mouth?!
For the content.
"It burns!"
i think she dumped the whole can of canned artichokes in. pretty sure you are supposed to at least drain them, if not rinse them off.
Leslie can’t cook for shit
The "but there is no vinegar in there" cracks me up every time.
It’s in poor taste but this news blooper is just something else
Reminds me of this classic:
I've seen that 100 times and I still laugh every time. The look on his face is perfect.
I mean this was perfection. What were the chances that a lightning survivor came on the news AND sounded like she got glitched by the lightning? hahaha
sounded like she was saying "i should buy lightning" haha
WwHhuell...
I'm impressed at just how well he handled that while stifling laughter
That poor woman has Max Headroom syndrome!!!
That is an epic reference. Well done.
Every time I see this I laugh so hard I can hardly breathe. There's something about the timing of it. The stunned silence and deer-in-headlights of the anchor for a beat, followed by him trying to hold it together while not laughing is just perfect.
That is not the right video.
omfg that's so funny, I couldn't stop laughing for 10 minutes🤣
I'm a fan of the total BBC meltdown, 4 minutes of unintentional hilarity:
I mean, he did move his arms and legs..
DeeDee Mega DooDoo would like a word.
"But now he's dead" really got me lmaoo. Was not expecting that.
"Get you all caught up on the news headlines, and for that, the Hamburgler." https://youtu.be/NSUjXhWuGSc?t=171 The look on the woman/Hamburgler's face is great.
I fucking lost it at that. Thank God it was his birthday or we would have witnessed a murder.
That wig and other details tells me shes not the kidding type
and not " i dropped my hotpocket"
The hamburgler one got me.
I had to pause I was laughing so hard at that one
I cracked a smile, but the "large cat" after it made me lose it.
how about that 69?
So many good ones, but the interviewee who said, "I dropped my hot pocket!" got me.
Why does this stuff bring me such joy?
Local news tends to be kind of stoic, droll and scripted as a matter of course. Not to say they never have moments of levity and humanity, but to to see them truly get caught with their pants down reminds you that the people in front of the camera are just as prone to acting like 12 year olds laughing at farts like anybody else.
It has the "man causing bomb scare because he threatened to blow up the bathroom" blooper near the end, thats a classic.
The bus that parked in front of the camera really got me.
Large cat spotted. Why yes that is a large cat.
"It's uncanny"
It's uncanny, Lisa. Lmao
I’m laughing so hard right now I can’t breathe. Thank you for sharing this 😂😂😂
Hahahaha, my local station! I saw this live!
Fuck it. We’ll do it live enters the chat.
“I’m sorry, men-goo-doo”
I still cringe so hard my entire body turns inside out when I think of that one.
And the immediate "I'm so sorry."
Everyone talks about her, nobody mentions the husband she left behind, Peepee Megapoopoo
That moment lives rent free in my brain, always ready to give me a laugh. I feel like I should send that poor woman a thank you letter.
Her eyes when she turns back to the camera are amazing, it's almost a cartoon moment.
And the other one's attempts to contain her giggling while her stomach does its own giggling is really cute.
👁️👄👁️
It’s uncanny, Lisa.
God this post has the best reddit comments I've seen in months
This emoji combo was made for her lol
That was impressive how quickly she transitioned from normal person to an animatronic news reporting automaton never missing a beat while communicating the news.
One of the mum's at my son's school has been a newsreader. Looking at videos of her is like looking at a completely different person.
This one is a little bit more of a funny slip of the tongue https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K1Y6PchDYfw
Was he actually gay?
Couldn’t see for shit
A butt is a butt, nothing to see there
I think he is, and he was watching as he waited for his segment and actually thought it was pretty funny.
How was he watching?
I don't know if you saw the clip, but he could probably see as much as we could.
hes not gay he has a wife which makes the clip even better
There's a total of 5 pixels in that whole video.
It's actually 1080p but it looks like that because you're gay
This is the correct answer
and 2 of them are the audio
I think that's being a little generous.
Would you say watching it made you feel gay blind?
You talking about the poor quality make me guess exactly what the video was before clicking the link.
This is without a doubt the best blooper.
Hahahaha wtf how did she misread that
I'm still partial to that time I found out what really happened at Augusta High School that led to Chris Wood's death.
Im crying. Thank you for linking this, man got assaulted! You see the thing clearly fly straight for his mouth, seriously what df was that???
Talk about code switching.
"DA FUCK IS THAT?!" has lived in my head rent free for years.
"I'm dying in this fuckin' country-ass fucked up town" is the one for me.
What I love is that he leaned into his mistake (?) and now has his own news, like a better version of Piers Morgan.
Awesome. He sort of unintentionally transitioned from the old style of journalism and media to the new style because a fly flew in his mouth an a blooper went viral.
It's kind of emblematic of the changing attitudes and expectations that have been ramping up starting with the filthy avacado eating millenial generation
“Country ass town”
This is my favorite:
Totally different scenario but it reminds me of this zoom call
Here's the one happened in England recently.
What we saw: https://youtu.be/0kN1acUapMo?si=Horakq1FU4fCddpN
What she was actually doing: https://youtu.be/tC7wdtByJY8?si=ESyrLcJR03XLVZTw
Oh shit. I saw this in another thread a while ago and assumed she was just flipping off a producer when they went live. Her opening was badass. Changes the whole thing.
Nothing beats the woman who survived being struck by lightning!
That is amazing, I haven't laughed that much for a while.
Yea... Nothing beats this one I'm sorry. https://youtu.be/jIE94r8G3xc?si=_iEDID13ykVO6T9e
Yeah, that was amazing. Some intern at the NTSB sent them that list of name and they ran with it...
Intern and several people at the news station got fired after, but DAMN, what a way to get fired from an internship.
Legendary
Undisputed champ, retired & will never reliquish the crown.
That's not a blooper though, it's a prank.
This topic will never be complete without Sum Ting Wong
This is a good one, but "Bug Flies Into Reporters Mouth" - for me - is fucking gold.
I think the Top Cop one is my favorite.
When Shep says he's been there before, he's not kidding.
Let me enter into evidence this clip for best of all time:
For me nothing will ever top the one where the anchor flubs his words and he frustratedly flips his pen up into the air to land perfectly in his poofy head of hair
Edit: it’s perfection
My wife and I say this at random all the time. “I so pale” lol
Nothing tops this one:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=X7XbukdoGmM&pp=ygUZS2VlcCBmdWNraW5nIHRoYXQgY2hpY2tlbg%3D%3D
Yup that's still the classic and the best. KFTC my friend.
This one is waaaaaay too far down the comment chain. I did a ctrl-f for chicken and was about to rage about how it hadn't showed up yet, lol.
The look on the one co-anchors face is just priceless.
I love the squeaking sound people make when trying to hold back a laugh
My mom saw this one live and called me in tears. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=STbhaqsBJB0
I'll never understand why they had it on that giant platform lol
Like, off the ground? Sure that makes sense, but like 5cm would've been more than enough lol
If you look at the bottom of the screen you will see white attachments on the underside, those are to catch and route the juice to a receptacle.
I was tolerantly amused when another redditor commented itt somewhere that something lived rent-free in their head, but yeah her distinctive screams have echoed in my skull for decades.
eta, this happened in 2008.
Am I embarrassed that I fell? Of course. I also broke a couple ribs, thanks for asking. I had to spend a few weeks in the hospital under observation. I suffered quite a bit for an honest mistake, a momentary lapse in concentration, and now I’m trying to move on.
Yea I've broken a few ribs one time. Sounded exactly like the grape lady. It hurts like hell but the torture is that you can't inhale because breathing expands your diaphragm or whatever. So every breath you take is agonizing and you have to balance how much pain you're in vs how much air you need. The bitch is that when the injury happens it knocks the air out of you + adrenaline + pain basically you feel like after a workout and you feel like suffocating. It you gotta breath at the rate of a mockingbird.
Shit sucks yo.
I was there working master control at the news station that day…
how did she take it?
I remember the whole team was feeling awkward and just waiting to see what management thought. I was part time and luckily didnt much blame or hear the aftermath. They were both gone when this clip really went viral.
The headset comms weren’t working correctly and we went off commercial break and they didn’t hear the count down.
Apparently she hasn't forgotten because before u/jbru5409 could respond she killed him.
I always liked the one from ND where the guy swears without realizing he'd on camera. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D0rP6IM4wjU
She’s like - oh yeah, oh yeah….
Love the brief eye flare when she realizes what her friend said, they straight to fifth with no change of gear right into the newscast. What a pro.
Damn. Mad respect for not breaking once after that. No indication that she was embarrassed, no laughing, just immediate professionalism. Fantastic.
This is so cute. I'll probably be saying this randomly to myself now, as I also so pale.
My whole family so pale. Me, husband, kids, their spouses, granddaughter...
Dee Dee Mega Doo Doo
Keep fucking that chicken.
It's right up there with "We had a very dairse dairson..."
According to the comments she said it was a rare migrane side-effect
I’ve understood that sort of thing can happen if you hear your own voice but delayed by some specific amount, makes it basically impossible to speak.
Delayed auditory feedback: Effects in people who do not stutter - Wikipedia
This happens whenever I use the windows mic setting 'Listen to this device'.
Have also had it happen randomly in work Teams calls. Some on the call can talk right thru it, I cannot.
You gotta commit to it.
"I so pale!"
—you're on!
"This just in, breaking news, I so pale. I like a ghost. Once again, ABC News can confirm, I so pale. Now let's go to Jim with the sports. Jim?"
Elizabeth Shue vibes
Deedee Megadoodoo
I'm sorry. Man-goo-doo.
That blonde on the right has the cutest god damned giggle.
She’s hot
They both are
This is nothing.
Keep fucking that chicken will always be my favorite.
The local brewery in Sherman Texas created a beer after her called “ i so pale ale” lol
