Rules in Europe for pictures of strangers
I understand that if you are outside in the USA you are technically fair game, as far as I understand the law in public places. I’m already working on the confidence and courage to do more full frontal shots. Is this the case in most of Europe? Culturally, what do you think/know? Greece?
