It’s just ground beef, rotel diced tomatoes and chilis, and a box of shells and cheese from aldis.
Toked too much and settled for mexican hamburger helper for dinner.
I guess so man, just been pretty stressed out and not wanting to cook anything special. But i’ll never complain about food cause i still eat pretty good for being lazy lol.
I would crush that rain or shine. Reminds me of my childhood. I grew up pretty poor in 70s. We didn't have much but we always ate food like this, and I thought I was living large. To this day I still make dishes like this.
Hotdogs, bologna, spam and hamburger helper have fed so many people around the world and hopefully always will continue to.
I grew up always having cheaper meals because living paycheck to paycheck was something my entire community was accustomed to, Living “poor” isn’t poor at all. I’d argue infact many living poor lifestyles live better ones then those that consider themselves rich. This meal in particular is pretty new to me but it still reminds me of my childhood similarly. For me it was always fish sticks, mac and cheese, or beanie weenies that i liked the most lol.

Looks fire. I threw chili oil into some leftover Alfredo pasta and had to go back for second and thirds. It did punish the old belly the next day though
