My parents are moving to St Catharines and I’m wondering, aside from the Kiwanis Aquatics Centre, are there any indoor pools/gyms that do senior aqua fit and possibly have some workout facilities. I realize there is a Y in Welland, I was just looking for something a little closer.

I am going through the same search! How mobile is your parent? I don't think mine can manage the steps or ladder.
This if for my father primarily. At this point, I think he can handle a ladder, he’s still fairly mobile. I do think this move will take a lot out of him though. He’s used to a full service YMCA where he’s coming from, so I’m trying to set him up with something similar here. The Kiwanis Aquatic Centre will be the closest pool, it’s just not easy to see what they offer, as their website is the city site, and not user friendly.
Yeah, I'm having the same problem. I'm going to have to pick up the phone and start enquiring, I guess, though phoning people is my least favourite thing to do!😄I followed you in the hope that you post if you find something. I will let you know if I find something suitable. Good luck!

Their website is not user-friendly. But they post monthly classes on the wall, if you ever get the chance to pop in there and take a look.
