Fia (the girl artist), WookieFoot, Satsang, Mike Love, Stick Figure, Trevor Hall, Toni Jones, The Emmitt Sisters…… who has more?! I’m all about discovering awake artists!!!!
This is a very old band, but if you listen to Yes, you will find that they are awake. Their music helped me a lot while growing up, and still does.
Any particular songs that make this obvious?
Hi, thanks for asking. The one song that comes to mind is "Close to the Edge." It's over 18 minutes long, and about the first 4 minutes are instrumental, but I think it's amazing. It helps if you know the lyrics, you can search them online if you are not familiar with the song. Right now here it's 2am so I will think about other Yes songs and post them later today :)
Also, I feel the bands Genesis and Pink Floyd have songs that are reflective of being awake.
Thank you for your response. I'll check them out :)
Here's two more Yes songs, "Starship Trooper" and "Future Times/Rejoice." If you search their albums, there are many more awakened songs. They truly were ahead of their time.
I also recommend Sarah McLachlan and Natalie Merchant.
You're welcome!
Oh man I was just listening to Jon Anderson's (singer form yes) solo stuff the other day.
He just posted this:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ywr5hX9_mM&t=154s
and if you go to his YouTube page he has so many albums and songs posted I didn't know exited that are all very positive awakened messages!
Wow, thank you so much! I will check these out. It's great to connect with someone else who appreciates Jon and his contributions to our awakening 🙏😊
God I love Yes so much. THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE SKY!
Yes, what an awesome song! Thanks for reminding me.
Krishna Das, Ram Dass + East Forest
You guys are awesome!!!! This is incredible!!!!! Thank you!!!! And now everyone has a list!!!!! Ahhhhhhh this is so great! Thank you!! Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!!
Well, this is interesting, because I can definitely see traces of the divine in music that is not immediately recognisable as awake. Artists like Tame Impala and Lord Huron come to mind. I'm fairly certain Bjork knows what's up. Mayestra is a good one, too. King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard undoubtedly.
We can see the Magenta Mountain.
This a track from Ben Gibbard of Death Cab and Tycho came out a couple years ago.
“Only Love” by Ben Gibbard and Tycho
I am a musician so I’m obsessed not only with the lyrics, but also the way the music “feels”. I think often musicians are channeling awake energy even if they are still somewhat clueless of it, I know because it happened to me. Listening to some songs I wrote BEFORE I started changing, I realized were almost like hidden messages from my higher self frequencies.
This song really captured the vibe of chaos that was happening towards the end of the pandemic.
This. When I turned off news in 2021, I replaced with music, much from SiriusXM The Bridge. The music is awake.
Nice! Yeah the frequency of the news is equivalent to sluggish, dissonant/downward vibrations and eliminating just the sound of the news is so beneficial to me.
Yeah I know the Bridge station, a lot of optimistic love songs and songs about internal searching. A lot of older music was made before the chaotic energy of the internet so the focus of musicians was collectively different compared to the more rapid pace of frequencies today.
The “Spa” channel on Sirius xm also has a lot of great instrumental artists who are def transmuting higher frequencies through sound.
Thank you for that recommendation! I will add to favorites.
Would love for you to share that playlist if possible!
Here you go friend : ) ♾️ [Awake playlist]
"Sowing the Seeds of Love" is also an awakened Tears for Fears" song :)
LOVE that song!!
It's amazing in its message and complexity!
Yes, it’s amazing. I’m pretty sure Roland and Curt came here to infiltrate pop culture with their mind expanding lyrics subtly disguised as an 80s synth pop band.
I'm so glad to hear you recognize TFF as otherworldly. It's interesting that there are many bands who have come here to deliver messages of peace and social awareness, but may not have gotten that recognition. Another band I love is World Party. Their song, "Ship of Fools" gives me the chills, in a good way, it's so full of truth, as well as "When the Rainbow Comes." I feel World Party are a lot like TFF, from the same era.
You have mentioned Peter Gabriel. His solo music is incredible! I love so much of his music, but especially "Washing of the Water," "Don't Give Up," and "Whole Thing." And, I have to also mention Steve Perry's amazingly angelic voice. The vibration that he holds is not of this world 😇
I’d love to listen to your Awake playlist if you will link it.
Sure! Here it is : ) ♾️[Awake playlist]
Thank you!
Here is a song I wrote to talk to a friend who left
Not published
I think technically once you post it, it’s published :) attached to you. But double check. I’m not familiar with music publication too well. I’m more familiar with writing. Thank you so much for sharing your heart with the world. You are a leader. 💚
Thank you friend I cried when I wrote that song
<3

Grateful Dead. It doesn’t necessarily reflect in their lyrics, but to hear them talk about their music, you know they were enlightened. I’ve not done psychedelics (yet), but I love their music. They were amazing about understanding and communicating the interconnectedness of everything.
Yes! The Grateful Dead is amazing. I love "Box of Rain" and "Ripple."
"It doesn't reflect in their lyrics" yessss it does
I said it doesn’t “necessarily” reflect. Some songs it totally does. Ripple, Dark Star, etc.
Thompson Twins. Lay Your Hands, Doctor Doctor...
Yes! This band has so many great songs, there’s a lot of power of love messaging in almost all of their songs. “Hold me now” is all about forgiveness and was a huge song for them. One of my faves
I've been listening to this Lauryn Hill + Nina Simone mix, it is absolutely phenomenal.

Wookiefoot and Stick Figure is on heavy rotation in my collection. Good stuff.
Love Toni Jones! Also some stuff by Erykah Badu
Love this topic! 🤍 My favorites, including some aforementioned: Trevor Hall, Satsang, East Forest, Londrelle, Jonah Kest, Rob Riccardo, MC Yogi, John Pattern, Nahko, Lukis Mac, Kota the Friend, Mike Posner (Keep Going album), Krishna Das. Enjoy!
FR33SOL, Power Struggle, and 3rd Eye Indigo are some awake rap artist that shouldn't be passed up. Also, VNV Nation has always had an otherworldly high vibe tone to his lyrics, especially his newest album.
Shameless-self-promotion 😁 Me... I make up-beat 'synth-pop' music and music videos to go with them, I just can't find very much music I like, so make my own. I like to make happy melodies that uplift rather than dull, repeatative "music" that asleep people seem to like...or are programmed to like. 😉
Braddah Iz' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qyQGn6E3Lcg (Hawaii '78)
So I don't know what it is about Hawaii, but I believe the hawaiian kingdom (pre colonialism) either were in contact, or remembered their true origins in a way that informed their living 'pono or harmoniously with the land and all things. When I hear this song, I think about not just Hawaii, but how much the earth has changed from its' original purpose or vision, and lamentingly we wonder, how would our king and queen (or ancestors of great spiritual prowess and connection to source) look at things, us, society now? We are just amnesiac servants of god, and I strongly believe braddah Iz' was one of those in the wave who were to awaken to spread the message to the upcoming (our) generation. He was very awake, and had so much love, and, for me at least, that love is transmitted well through his music.
You can feel their imprinted energy as well? The modern bards....
The teskey Brothers are very high vibration, but there is one performance that stands above the rest. I will leave a link. But you as you feel the energy rising, the entire audience does too. He is being held up and carried through the crowd while the audience sings the repeated chorus. It's no longer about the words, but the energy.
Conspiracy Music Guru has some rocking and soulful tunes
The Birthday Massacre Mew Kerli Kero Kero Bonito
Papadosio, tycho
Cloud Cult is another amazing band. Very obviously awakened lyrics, and their live shows are absolutely incredible and beautiful. Very unifying.
SubRosa, Thou
Love letters to God by “Nahko and Medicine for the people”
Roger Waters?
I think Roger is too hung up on his daddy issues to be awake.
Lol nice.
Does Red Hot Chili Peppers count? Parallel Universe always takes me there
The have many awake songs, like Throw Away Your Television and Californication.
"Your image in the dictionary
This life is more than ordinary
Can I get two, maybe even three of these?
Comin' from space to teach you of the Pleiades
Can't stop the spirits when they need you
This life is more than just a read-through"
I really liked that song (I still do, but didn't listened to it for years), it made me love live and remembered me to enjoy every moment as much as I can.
Triple 6 Mafia
Jack Johnson, Lil B
I'm not sure which of these is more off
Have you ever listened to either of their music
Yes, one sings about bubbly toes and one sexually exploits teenage girls.
Well, aside from your unnecessary hate, If you’ve ever listened to either of their music it shouldn’t be too hard to figure out why I consider them positive/awakened.
I've listened to both. Jack is a fame seeking stiff and Lil B is confusing but has said enough to ensure he is not awakened. Pay closer attention!
What makes you say that about Jack? Seems to be one of the most authentic musicians I know and very “in it” for the music and the positive impact, like he could do without the fame but uses it for a selfless advantage. Lil B’s main message is very aligned with lightwork/starseed intentions if you’ve ever taken a moment to look beyond the performative/trolling/artistic expression.
Red Hot Chili Peppers - listen to Californication lyrics as one example or Dark Summer. “China’s on the dark side of the moon.” 🌙 Very awake. Anthony doesn’t get nearly enough respect for how intelligent and deep he actually is.
