Not a theme song, but a song that is performed by a character or guest star in the show. The first one that comes to mind for me is “Smelly Cat” from Friends.

Believe it or not George isn't at home, please leave a message at the beep. I must be out or I'd pick up the phone, where could I be? I'm not home!
I've never seen/heard this nor do I know what show it's from, but I can tell it's to the tune of the theme from "Greatest American Hero".
Friends Forever by Zack Attack
Ohhhh... Hot Sunday 'go for it' was good too... put your mind to go for it, get up and break a sweat 😍 Jesse she's so excited ... memorable episodes
That's my all time favorite episode! I watch it as often as I can. That music video was the best! I can hear it in my head right now!

“The Scarn” from The office
[Michael Scarn, sung]
Well, my name's Michael Scarn and I'm here to say
I'm about to do the Scarn in a major way
You jump to the right, and you shake a hand
And you jump to the left and you shake that hand
Meet new friends, tie some yarn
That's how you do the Scarn!
[All, sung]
You jump to the right, and you shake a hand
And you jump to the left and you shake that hand
Meet new friends, tie some yarn
That's how you do the Scarn!
Oooh!
[Drunk Man, spoken]
If doing the Scarn is gay, then I'm the biggest queer on Earth!
Andy Taylor catches Deputy Barney Fife singing this (to the tune of my Darling Clementine):
In a jailhouse down in Dixie fighting crime and risking life, live the sheriff and his buddy- pistol packing Barney Fife.
Oh, my darin' oh my darin' oh my darin' Barney Fife he's a deadly crime stopper, what a copper, Barney Fife.
Then one day there come a ridin', two bad men to rob a bank but Fife was tricky, a dead-eye-dickie, now their locked up in the tank
Andy adds his own chorus:
Oh my Barney, oh my Barney, had a jail and couldn't lock it, had one bullet for his pistol, had to keep it in his pocket.
"had to keep it in his pocket." this was particularly funny to me
Soft kitty!🐱
Me too! I sing this to my little girl when I’m putting her to bed. We have a whole routine: jokies, squishies, tickles, kitty, facies, hugs and kisses, then all of them at once. Kitty is me singing this to her and while she acts silly and then she traces hearts and stars on my arm as a reward.
This made my day!❤️
It’s a whole thing. It takes forever and I’m so sleepy through it lol! My sister showed me videos of therapists talking about having a bedtime routine with kids involving different elements of what I already do with my kid. I was like yes I knew I was onto something! The day will come when she no longer needs it, and I’ll know she’s grown up on that day.
Let’s Go to the Mall
P.s. I love you
This with Two Beavers Are Better Than One at a close second
ASSCRACK Bandit from Community, because, cmon, it's a banger. If you've heard it, you know what I mean and it shouldn't need explaining. Ben folds at his best; he guest stars as the botany teacher.

There is a Time & Dooley - The Dillards/Darlings- Andy Griffith Show
"There is a time" is the best song of any sitcom anywhere, bar none.....
The Dillards have said Andy was extremely generous with them. They were paid scale as a group (separate from actors Denver Pyle & Maggie Peterson) but Andy allowed them to perform their own music and still keep the music/recording rights. So they got to introduce their songs to a huge audience and never lost the ability to record and perform their own songs.
