Hi everyone,
I'm 24 years old with an aggressive risk profile, planning to invest for the next 20-30 years for my retire. I've been researching and came across a recommended portfolio from iShares with 60% US stocks and 40% international stocks.
Initially, I saw some recommendations for VOO + VXUS on Reddit, YouTube, and various blogs. However, as a non-US resident without an Irish domicile, I found that these options can lead to significant tax implications and are not very efficient because they are not accumulating funds.
After a week of digging and researching, I found an alternative using three ETFs to cover the 60/40 split. The ETFs are CSPX, EXCH, and CEUU. These ETFs are domiciled in Ireland, their currency is USD, and they are listed on the LSE and EURONEXT.
I would like to know if you recommend these ETFs and the distribution of this portfolio. I was thinking about investing roughly 60% in CSPX, 20% in EXCH, and 20% in CEUU, or perhaps a 70/15/15 split.
What do you think?
The famous 60/40 allocation is more referred to as 60 equities 40 bonds.
