Hmmm, I work in Customer Service and we weaponize kindness and friendliness. Anytime someone would be rude i'd have a sunshine coming out my ass, being super nice. Ive seen some people get pretty heated over a targeted review. If he makes a regular decide to not come back, that could be gold. If you see him going off over the review, delete it and he'll look even more deranged.

If you have a friend in the kitchen put in fake tickets and have them toss the ticket when he starts making it. He'll waste a plate or two a night but it'll drive him crazy. He'll know he saw the ticket. This only works without a high tech POS system though.

If he’s a chef you could keep track of dishes you know he made and then go leave reviews talking about how terrible they were. At the restaurants I’ve worked at the head chef usually has a pet station. So if he’s doing all the stakes for the evening it would be easy to fuck with his ego.
