Pearl was at the front of the kennel and greeted the runner with a wiggly body, soft eyes, a neutral tail wag and a closed mouth. She sniffed and licked the runner's hand. She gently jumped on the door. She was easy to remove and slightly pulled on leash. In the catch pen when she was introduced to the dogs her body was neutral, her eyes were neutral, her mouth was closed, and her ears were neutral. She was easy to collar and leash. She entered the yard and began exploring. She ran around and sniffed the yard. She gently sniffed the dogs when they approached her. After some time, she began playing with one of the dogs. Pearl was social with the dogs and would benefit best in a gentle/dainty yard.
Pearl arrived at the shelter with an injury to her right rear paw that has since been x-rayed, sutured and fully healed.
