Just ran to the store (3 minute drive) and saw dozens of people without their headlights on. It’s the law. Your headlights must be on if your windshield wipers are. If you have a newer car, you may need to manually turn your lights on when it’s still bright outside.
Edit: jeez, it’s crazy how angry some people get when you tell them to turn on their headlights!
