I bought this house in October of 2020, C/O for the pool was from 1980. Old owners put in a new liner in May of 2020. We installed a heat pump in 2021, because it gets a lot of shade during the day. Now we use it almost everyday. My kids get home from school immediately change into bath fun suits and jump in. Only upgrades I want to do is the patio, it’s old and showing its age. And fix the fence that caught a tree that fell in a recent storm. Luckily it landed about 3 feet away from the pool.
