I'm still trying to get 10 best buddies for Jirachi shiny
I only just hit best buddy #7 today. One is at 4 hearts, two are are 3 hearts. Starting to think I may get shaymin before jirachi (at least shaymin I need 110ish more of johto through sinnoh. Kanto done)
I'm at 9 and slogging it out now. I missed the Shaymin one, so I decided to hunt it on BDSP and got it relatively quickly. I don't think I can keep hacking these ridiculous shiny mythicals as a casual player.
I was the idiot who didn't realize shaymin wasn't shiny looked and could be shiny hunted. Whoops.
Not as worried about darkrai as i got a shiny from a GO raid. And arceus is here to stay, can be hunted whenever.
I'm giving Arceus a crack at the moment and hating it. Shaymin was a much nicer hunt being able to run to reset it. I got shiny Cresselia from go so glad I don't have to hunt that.
I got a shiny cresselia from Sword/Shield. Wasn't even hunting it yet. I just wanted to encounter it, gave it saved and hunt later. But first try, it was shiny.
There is the manaphy hunt too. Actually Jwittz just uploaded a comprehensive guide to shiny hunting the most impossible shiny huny of all time. But I'm going to wait a teeny bit longer to see if GO will do a master quest for it (and victini, please let us get shiny victini!!!)
That's some good luck on the Cresselia! All my legendary hunts in SwSh have been painfully long! It would be nice to get more mythical shiny hunts available. Especially with the dumpster fire we got with shiny locks on legendaries in the new games.
That it would. I want more access to mythical shiny! BDSP was limited in the event. Manaphy is a very complex hunt. So we have to rely on Go for releases and then grind.
