There are two guidelines for requesting podcast feedback in /r/podcasting:

  1. Requesters should ask specific questions. General requests like "Looking for feedback" or "Feedback appreciated!" are less likely to receive replies.
  2. Requesters should leave feedback for at least one other person. This ensures that those who request feedback actually receive it.

Users are welcome to ask unique questions. Examples are listed below.

PRODUCTION

  • How's the audio quality? Are there distracting problems, e.g. room noise, volume issues, or call reception?
  • Are supporting elements like intros and outros, music, and transitions successful? Is there too much going on, too little going on, or is it just right?
  • How's the topic/segment/interview length? Is the average episode too long, too short, or just right?
