Hey y'all, my bff and I are both very sensitive to light (bff especially due to a recent laser eye op) and wondering what else we can do to help with the outdoors besides sunglasses. Any tips/stories you can offer from experience?
I always wear a hat now. I prefer bucket hats where I can adjust the brim to block the light. Haven't quite figured out what I'll do in the winter as I'll need to cover my ears. My winter coat last year had a large hood that I sometimes used to pull over my face. You can always experiment with fitover glasses. Like sunglasses over sunglasses or tinted lenses.
Walking forest trails well covered by trees is quite forgiving, especially with a hat
