I've been here for 12 years and have gone to pretty much every restaurant through the years. It feels almost universal regardless of brand that the service will be nice/pleasant enough, but the food will be very slow, the food quality and presentation will be subpar, and if it ever gets to the point of needing a manager they absolutely do not care. It literally feels as if Woodbridge is every chain restaurant's purgatory where they send the managers and kitchen staff that failed everywhere else in the nation.

Again, I'm not knocking on the wait staff. I came from Miami so in comparison the wait staff here is lovely. But everything tastes forever and comes out mediocre at best. While if you go anywhere else in NoVA restaurants feel average compared to other places throughout the nation. But not Woodbridge. Definitely not Woodbridge.

Do you agree? Or do you have a different impression in your vicinity?

Edit: I should've clarified better that I'm referring primarily to typical Casual Dining venues, not unique or higher end restaurants.
