Got free expired milk, so i made paneer!
It was expired (so past its "best before" date) but not rotten or curdled, but i knew i couldn't use a litre of it before it would go rotten, so i made paneer!

Definitely don’t use rotten milk, but milk that is close to going bad but it still good is great to cook with
Expired doesn’t necessarily mean that it had gone bad ;)

I wanted to try this! How did it go? Did you use lemon juice for your acid?
Used this recipe but a bit of all purpose flour instead of corn flour! And used a cheese cloth. Unsure what type of cloth she used for straining.
Did you have to use a cheesecloth?
Doesn't expired milk have that smell and off taste?? Wouldn't that concentrate when you cook with it?
I'm asking, not judging. If this works, it's a gamechanger
