Loved Garza when he was on the pistons, but you could have the best knees in the world, and you still wouldn't be able to lift the cinderblocks in his shoes.
Fun fact via Dane Moore, he played scout team Jokic to help the squad prep for the Nuggets. That plus the elite bench vibes he brings, he's our ideal end of bench guy
If you've watched him run, you know he can't really play in the NBA. I love the dude, but he just isn't quick enough to play at this level consistently.
I'm 100% glad we got him back on a minimum. He's worth it for the vibes and game fits alone.
Need a backup big, especially if Kyle Anderson isn’t returning. We would only have Naz/Kat/Rudy as bigs and Leonard Miller hasn’t shown he is capable of real NBA minutes yet.
Ideally Garza doesn’t really play, but he’s a fan fav and has been good when subbing in during Kat’s injuries, especially in 22-23.
A couple years ago people were saying he was better than Daron Holmes 🤡🤡 Holmes was 18/19 at the time, and was still doing better (in my opinion). I know he has yet to play an NBA minute, but I'm going to feel so vindicated if/when he outshines Garza.
