Man I love bench dips. My elbow is a little jacked so I haven't been able to do them in a long time, but I used to finish my arms workouts with a run-the-rack bench dip. Load up between two benches (heels on one bench in front, hands on one behind), and have a buddy load up four or five 45's on your lap. Do dips to failure, then he strips the top weight. Go to failure again. Strip. All the way down to no weight. Loved this stuff.
