What is the least fun card to play against, currently legal in a format that isn't vintage?

My picks, and yes this is more commander oriented:
Child of alara, literally just destroy everything in the command zone, probably the biggest arch nemesis card in the game, if you only have creature destruction to "deal with it", good luck with nothing left.
Lim duls vault, 9 times out of 10, is "I'm going to sort through my entire deck for 15 minutes, do nothing, and pass". Horrible card to play against, total time waster.
Divine intervention, I mean sure it's $140 and 8 mana, but no card should've ever said "the game is a draw". That is 100000% anti-fun.
Chains is just a dumb card, because most of the time the person who plays it has no idea how it works. Which is awesome when they proxy a $700 card they don't know how to play. It's just a bad design I think.
Apocalypse is just a "restart the game" button, in the worst way because you discard your hand. Total asshole move to even put this card in a deck. [[Armageddon]] is on the edge of reasonable, more likely not in 99/100 pods, this is just abysmal.
Child is actually a welcome sight in Commander when the player hasn't built around it and just needed a five-color commander. Threat player at the table? "Okay, who's got a removal for my Child so we can reset the board?"
Yeah my friend runs Child but he built his deck like 12 years ago and I think aside from [[Progenitus]] he was the only other 5 color commander and he wanted a deck with EVERY Theros and Nyx god(the ones released at the time anyways). And he almost never played Child because the old commander rules meant that his commander never went to the graveyard. So he built the deck solely around Child for its 5 color cost, but not child's ability.
However that deck is now a massive pain in the ass with the commander rule change where if it's sent to a graveyard or exiled you can choose to put it into the command zone.
Obviously he had the old Sliver 5c but "hey guys I'm running Sliver Queen for the colors" is a hard sell. The real MVP is [[Cromat]], which is
Uhm
A thing.
Yeah well we started off in magic shortly after the launch of Khans of tarkir. So when we built our first commander decks our card knowledge was fairly limited. I think the only reason he knew the gods were a thing because we got like one of those random repackaged bundles from Walmart for like 5 bucks and it had a ton of them. And he's obsessed with Greek and Norse mythology so that was his first deck. We had been playing with friends who'd been playing for years and our playgroup(due to the experience of our one friend who'd been playing since alpha)kinda just decided not to play slivers ever. So sliver queen as a commander was instantly out. So he chose alara and then progenitus just so he could have a commander that did something.
Cromat I've never even heard of till now
