I clearly remember recently having steady demand and often close to zero wait times between rides in my market…I thought it had been years since I had seen this low of a level of demand of Lyft. Is anyone in a market area where that they feel is super busy?
Drive both apps and get non stop pings problem is 95% of them are awful pings
Summer has always been rough imo. I expect a busy weekend for the 4th and then back to being rough until school starts. Could be wrong 🤷♂️

L.A. market, and I agree. It can be somewhat steady some weekdays, but where you can make up the lack of business during the week is weekend nights.

It's happening in food delivery too. IMHO the fee's on food delivery are too high. I don't want to do rideshare where I am.
Do you have the catering company called Dlivrd (spelled without with no E’s) where you are at? I have seen 30-90 dollar orders regularly around lunch time, on weekdays, from them. They deal strictly in larger catering orders for groups of people at offices.
yea, in my work I haven't gotten a job with them in forever, To be fair, I do BBQ catering for City BBQ. I did more Dlvrd before I got that gig.
I can't take many Dlvrd jobs due to the fact I'm busy with bbq.
There are always riders needing drivers in my market. Sometimes the pay is way too low to take it, though. Five to ten seconds between pings, some pay next to nothing, others pay pretty decent. Even on a Tuesday afternoon.
No, I will not drive 25 minutes for four dollars. Thanks though for making me wait 10 minutes for that ping.
