In Faerun, a necromancer riding an ancient ice dragon has crushed the northern and southern kingdoms, calling himself the Conqueror. Promising eternal peace, unity, and wealth, he has imposed five years of war, poverty, and famine, devastating the land with blizzards. Despite fierce resistance from the Red Priests, who saw him as Death incarnate, the Conqueror's dragon proved unstoppable.
Millions perished, and now, as the land begins to recover, he convenes the Seven Kings in Waterdeep under duress, claiming a desire to unite the continent. The people, terrified of this so-called demon king, face a grim future, while some see a chance for renewal. What will it be for you, great hero?
