My diet is bland and terrible. Food allergies+ibs so I just said fuck it and went full plain. Simple things like crackers, chicken (nothing on it but olive oil and salt), a bit of arugula. Super plain things like that. Can’t even do rice cause my gut hates it.
Well I tried a different brand of crackers today. Ingredient label was tiny. Yeast, wheat, olive oil and salt. And I had to leave work early cause I was getting the “oh no this is about to be bad” full body sweats. Barely made it home. Sounds like I’m power washing the inside of toilet rn.
(And before anyone asks I’ve been tested high and lo for a reason. No celiac evidence. Colonoscopy and endoscopy clear. Etc etc. stress is a huge factor but some days even without stress I have a really bad painful time).
Even though you don’t have celiac does mean anything I don’t have celiac either but I can’t digest wheat. Have you tried gluten free crackers just curious to see if it changes anything. I can’t do dairy either but same thing all test show fine so I had to to just start eliminating foods to figure it out. Just an idea might work might not worth a try
